We are seeking a Brand Manager for one of our flagship brands. You will be the primary guardian of the brand’s equity and commercial performance. You will lead the development and execution of 3-year strategic visions and annual brand plans. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, strict commercial discipline (P&L ownership), and the ability to lead high-impact activations in the music, sports, and lifestyle spaces. This role is based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Marketing Director, HK & TW.
What you'll be doing:
1. Strategic Planning & brand management
- Responsible for the development of a 3 year strategic brand plan. Own and deliver the annual brand plan, unlocking the growth potential both in term of building brand equity and specific channels growth.
- Accountable for building a rolling 18 month brand plan as part of Company’s commercial business planning process, detailing all aspects of the media touch points.
- Lead the development of breakthrough consumer programs (which will include ATL, BTL and sub-trade channels facing programs) including an inclusion of influencer marketing programs as well as several unique music, and sports programs etc…
- Full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio of brands
2. Collaboration & Integration
- Principal management (if needed) to work and collaborate with different Agency Brand Principal delegates to report and keep tracking of brands performance as per annual plan.
- Lead a cross functional and agency working team (which includes but is not limited to the global and regional brand custodians, agencies, channel marketing, sales, consumer insights, and other business departments) fostering and building a strong multi-functional team.
3. Analysis and Reporting
- Lead the analysis and reporting of market and competitor trends to identify salient business issues/opportunities, working extensively with channel marketing and sales teams is a must.
4.Research
- In collaboration with the Insight Manager perform analysis/construct research programs and derive implications to ensure marketing programs/expenditures meet KPIs. Consistently seek to improve the existing programs.
5.Competitive Analysis and Implications
- Assist with the development of the Strategic Brand Review by analyzing category opportunities, identifying key consumer targets, innovation opportunities, and activation strategies.
What we're looking for:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG or alcohol sectors within multinational companies.
- Candidates with more experience may also be considered for a senior-level role.

- Agile and adaptable, especially in dynamic and changing environments
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
