Responsibilities
- Execute retail merchandising and promotional marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational requirements.
- Develop clear and concise creative briefs, aligned to the seasonal marketing strategy, for delivery to the creative team.
- Develop content plans (including shoots, digital, and social content) in line with approved budgets and campaign objectives.
- Manage defined aspects of multiple omni‑channel campaigns, working cross‑functionally with relevant departments and in collaboration with the Brand Head.
- Partner with the Brand Head to critically review and evaluate creative work against approved marketing briefs and objectives.
- Brief paid digital media activity (including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to ensure alignment with campaign goals, target audiences, and performance expectations.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure spend is tracked and controlled efficiently.
- Analyse omni‑channel campaign performance and collaborate with the marketing effectiveness team on post‑campaign reporting for smaller initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the brand team, merchants, creative teams, shoot teams, e‑commerce, and visual merchandising.
We’re looking for a marketing professional who brings both hands‑on campaign experience and a genuine enthusiasm for brand and fashion.
- 4–5 years’ experience in a Brand Marketing role, ideally within a retail or fashion environment, where you’ve been involved in delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
- A relevant Marketing diploma or degree, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategy.
- Proven experience working across both the conceptual and operational aspects of campaigns, from idea development through to execution and delivery.
- A solid understanding of core marketing principles, including BTL and ATL marketing, and how these channels work together in an integrated campaign.
- Confidence and working knowledge of social media and digital marketing, with an understanding of how content and paid media drive brand and commercial outcomes.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on, balancing big‑picture thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
- A high‑energy, proactive mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for fashion, brands, and customer experience.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders, contribute ideas, and present clearly.
- Well‑developed numerical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, enabling you to manage budgets, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams, listen actively, and build trusted relationships.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the confidence to work across reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven retail environment.
