Role Description

This is a full-ownership brand and growth role. You will be the end-to-end lead for our categories -responsible for setting the category strategy, owning the budget, and driving both short-term acquisition and long-term brand equity.

You will work closely with business teams to stay connected to where the categories are heading, and with the internal marketing team to get campaigns planned and deployed. The decisions on how to grow your categories are yours to make – and the results are yours to own.

This role suits someone who has strong opinions about the Singapore consumer, is equally comfortable with brand strategy and performance data, and wants to see the direct impact of their work on business growth.

What you'll own

Category Strategy & Growth

• Set the end-to-end growth strategy for two service categories – from consumer insight to channel mix to campaign execution

• Identify market opportunities and develop short, medium, and long-term plans to scale trial volume and market share

• Stay closely connected to business team goals to ensure marketing strategy moves in lockstep with operational and commercial priorities

Budget & Performance Ownership

• Own the category budget – decide how spend is allocated across brand and performance channels, and hold yourself accountable to the outcomes

• Drive immediate user acquisition through paid digital channels, with a strong understanding of how brand and performance levers work together

• Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV with rigour; use data to justify budget shifts and identify the next best actions for category growth

Brand Building & Content

• Define the brand narrative for your categories and ensure it comes through consistently across paid, owned, and earned channels

• Partner with the content and influencer team to develop campaigns that resonate with the Singapore consumer and build long-term brand equity

• Maintain brand standards across all category output – tone, messaging, and creative quality

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the GTM performance team to brief channel strategy and align on spend and targets for your categories

• Collaborate with business development teams to understand category supply, operational constraints, and growth priorities

• Bring a clear point of view to internal planning – you are expected to lead the category agenda, not just execute against it

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or growth – marketplace or e-commerce experience is a plus

• Deep knowledge of the Singapore consumer

• Proven ability to move between high-level category strategy and hands-on campaign execution without losing quality at either end

• Strong analytical foundation – comfortable with CAC, ROAS, and LTV as decision-making tools, not just reporting metrics

• Experience working cross-functionally with content, performance, and business teams to get things shipped

• High ownership mindset – you should want to make the call, not wait for one

Why this role

Most brand roles sit one or two layers away from the decisions that actually move the business. This one doesn't. You will own the category agenda, control the budget, and have direct visibility into how your decisions affect growth – from campaign brief to revenue outcome.
