  • Location: TechnoPark Tower, Hanoi, Vietnam

Job summary: We are looking for a visionary, strategic Brand Leader to define and own VinDynamics' brand identity, positioning, and communication strategy. You will lead the development and execution of the brand across all channels and touchpoints — building a strong, consistent, and high-impact brand presence that shapes market perception of VinDynamics and its humanoid robotic solutions. The Brand Leader will set the brand direction, drive brand activation at scale, and ensure that every expression of VinDynamics — from visual identity to campaign narratives — reflects a premium, trustworthy, and future-forward brand. You will lead a team of brand professionals and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Market Research, Creative, and Executive stakeholders.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Relevant education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in brand management, integrated marketing communications, or brand strategy — preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing brand strategy for technology, high-tech, or innovation-driven brands.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, brand architecture, and brand identity development.
  • Experience planning and leading multi-channel brand campaigns (digital, offline, events, PR, content) with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a creative and brand team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — able to align diverse teams and executive leadership around brand vision.
  • Data-driven approach to brand: experience using brand tracking, sentiment analysis, and engagement metrics to inform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, robotics, AI, consumer electronics, or deep-tech brand environments.
  • Track record of building brand equity for a new product category or early-stage company.
  • Experience managing external agency relationships (creative, PR, media).
  • International or regional brand management experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C brand strategy in complex, technical product categories.

IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define and own VinDynamics' brand strategy, including brand positioning, brand architecture, core narratives, and long-term brand vision — ensuring alignment with company mission, product strategy, and commercial goals.
  • Lead the development and governance of brand identity systems: visual language, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines — ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Drive integrated brand campaigns across all channels (digital, social, events, PR, content, partnerships) that build brand awareness, credibility, and preference among target audiences.
  • Lead brand activation for key moments: product launches, industry events, exhibitions, and milestone announcements — ensuring high-impact, premium brand experiences.
  • Build and manage the brand and creative team, setting clear direction, developing talent, and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Market Research, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand strategy is deeply informed by market insights, product roadmap, and customer needs.
  • Manage and coordinate external agency partners (creative, PR, media) to amplify brand reach and execution quality.
  • Establish brand performance measurement frameworks: define KPIs, monitor brand health metrics (awareness, perception, sentiment, NPS), and use data to continuously refine strategy.
  • Serve as the brand guardian across the organization — reviewing and approving all brand-impacting communications and materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to corporate communications and executive positioning, supporting VinDynamics' reputation as a leader in the global humanoid robotics space.
