What You Will Do
- Lead event strategy and execution for high-stakes industry conferences, intimate broker dinners, and proprietary brand activations that feel like exclusive parties.

- Direct a stack of creative contractors and agencies to produce premium video, web, and social content that reinforces a unique visual identity.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience in brand, experiential marketing, or high-growth B2B/fintech environments with a proven track record of owning large-scale events.
- Obsessive attention to detail with strong creative taste, capable of judging and directing high-quality visual work in tools like Figma.
- AI-native professional who leverages modern tools to compress workflows and focus on high-level strategy, relationship building, and creative direction.
