QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably with hands-on experience in cosmetics retail operations
- Familiarity with in-store marketing strategies, retail KPIs, and consumer engagement in physical store environments
- Experience supporting product launches, merchandising in a retail setting
- Knowledge of customer behavior, competitive landscape, and cosmetics trends
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English is a must
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand strategies
- Support product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional planning with a retail-first approach
- Work closely with retail teams to ensure consistent brand experience at point-of-sale
- Coordinate in-store marketing activities and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with creative and digital agencies for social media, influencer marketing, and visual content
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and consumer insights to improve brand performance
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports; track marketing KPIs
