Job Title: Branding Executive
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Entry
- Support development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign platforms
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience profiling, and perception audits
- Support cultural localization strategies for international or China-based brands entering PH
- Help translate business challenges into structured strategic insights
Integrated Marketing Planning Support
- Assist in connecting brand strategy to execution channels (social, PR, digital, events, retail activations)
- Support campaign frameworks for launch plans across automotive, tech, FMCG, lifestyle, and gaming brands
- Ensure consistency of messaging across different touchpoints
Execution Ownership
- Own sections of brand strategy decks (insights, narrative, or channel strategy parts)
- Coordinate creative briefs for design, content, and activation teams
- Manage client feedback, revisions, and updates
- Support GTM planning and campaign rollout execution
- Assist in SOW development and scoping discussions
Qualifications
- 35 years experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or agency planning
- Strong experience working with clients and managing revisions
- Strong deck writing and storytelling ability
- Understanding of brand strategy frameworks
- Ability to translate research into insights and strategic direction
- Strong project management skills
