About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an execution-oriented Junior Brand Designer who thrives on creating compelling visual assets and enjoys the satisfaction of delivering high-quality work efficiently. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be the driving force behind a continuous stream of on-brand creative content across multiple channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and more. The ideal candidate is passionate about design execution within a creative framework, demonstrating speed, consistency, and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers, other designers, and internal stakeholders to develop and refine visual assets, contributing to the evolution of Peerspace’s brand identity. This role offers a unique chance to grow your skills in a dynamic, remote-first environment while making a tangible impact on our brand presence.
Qualifications
- BFA degree in Design, Art, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design roles
- A portfolio showcasing clean, production-quality work across digital formats, especially email and social media
- Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Curiosity about AI in design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, Figma, etc., with a proactive interest in emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color, particularly for digital marketing formats
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines consistently
- Bonus: Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or basic HTML/CSS for email design
- Bonus: Experience with video editing or basic animation
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality design deliverables across marketing initiatives, emphasizing speed, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail
- Adhere to Peerspace's brand standards, voice, and visual system to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
- Collaborate effectively with marketing managers, fellow designers, and internal stakeholders by incorporating feedback efficiently and communicating clearly about your work
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design
- Manage your workload and deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Maintain organized files and design assets for team-wide use and future reference
- Support the development of marketing assets for various channels including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, content, and partnership materials
- Assist in creating assets for integrated digital and out-of-home marketing campaigns
