What You’ll Do
- Design compelling creative across packaging, paid and organic social, digital campaigns, and branded merchandise
- Translate brand strategy into thoughtful visual systems that feel cohesive across every touchpoint
- Concept and execute launch assets that capture attention and drive excitement
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and brand teams to bring campaigns to life
- Maintain a strong eye for detail while balancing speed, flexibility, and multiple priorities
- Help evolve the visual identity of a beauty brand in an exciting stage of growth
