Role: Brand Designer
Length of contract: 6-Month Contract
Location: Melbourne | Hybrid
We're on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Brand Designer to join a fast-growing global brand on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne.
In this hands-on execution role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and executing brand identity across all consumer touchpoints – packaging, catalogues, digital assets, and retail collateral. You'll work closely with the Global Creative Director and take real ownership over the quality and consistency of everything that goes out the door.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and executing brand identity across packaging, catalogues, digital, and marketing collateral
- Designing and updating product packaging, working to existing dieline templates
- Producing catalogue layouts and managing updates to product listings and imagery
- Creating digital assets including eDMs, social media graphics, and website banners
- Designing POS, trade show assets, sell sheets, and retail support materials
- Managing working files, asset libraries, and version control
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across brand, packaging, and digital
- Demonstrated experience executing within an established brand system
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, and dieline requirements
- Experience producing catalogue layouts and multi-page documents
- Ability to work independently and manage workload within a contract structure
- Background in trade, hardware, or consumer products is a bonus
