Our well-known client in the retail space is looking for a Brand Designer to join their team on a 1 year contract with the opportunity to extend. 

The Brand Designer will support high quality creative storytelling across design, art direction, and motion. This role works within a multidisciplinary team to execute the visual direction and overall look and feel of campaigns within a sport and lifestyle space. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering strong visual work.

Responsibilities

  • Execute visual design work that supports campaign storytelling across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative leadership to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency
  • Contribute hands on to daily creative production including graphics, layouts, and visual assets
  • Support concept development and present ideas clearly to partners
  • Stay current with trends in fashion, sport culture, film, art, and digital media
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all creative outputs
  • Partner with cross functional teams including marketing, production, and agency partners

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of directly relevant professional experience in design or art direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work, ideally within streetwear, sport, or fashion
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for two-dimensional design (not product design)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual design skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience working across photography, graphic design, video, and digital design
  • Ability to both collaborate with a team and work independently on assigned projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain visual concepts
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute new ideas
  • Passion for design, storytelling, and continuous improvement
  • Experience within fashion, sport, or streetwear environments preferred
  • Exposure to or experience in art direction for studio photography is a plus
  • Portfolio must be provided for review (either attached or via link)

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
