About Earonman
Earonman is an independent digital product created by professional jazz pianist, educator and recording producer Tomas Jochmann.
The platform combines ear training, practical music theory and gamification into a modern learning experience that helps musicians develop one of the most important musical skills: hearing.
The product is available on Web, iOS and Android and is continuously evolving with new learning content and features for both individual musicians and educational institutions.

What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for an experienced Creative Director, Brand & Product Designer, or a small creative studio to help shape the future of Earonman’s brand.
This is not a logo redesign.
I’m looking for someone who can think beyond individual visuals and help create a cohesive creative system that connects every touchpoint of the product.
That includes the product itself, website, marketing, social media, App Store assets, product videos and future campaigns.
Rather than executing instructions, I’m looking for a creative partner who enjoys asking questions, challenging ideas and helping build something distinctive.

The Challenge
The product has grown significantly over the past few years.
Many individual assets work well on their own, but I’d like to evolve them into one consistent visual language.
The goal isn’t to redesign everything.
The goal is to define a creative direction that makes every future asset immediately recognizable as part of the same brand.

What Success Looks Like
A successful collaboration will result in a scalable creative system that guides future design decisions across:
* Product UI
* Website
* Marketing
* Product videos
* Motion
* Social media
* App Store & Google Play assets
* Presentations and launch materials
The first collaboration will most likely focus on creating a premium product walkthrough video, with the potential for a long-term partnership.

You probably have experience working on digital products, consumer apps or technology startups.
You think in systems rather than isolated visuals.
You care about typography, spacing, motion, storytelling and consistency.
You understand that great brands are built through hundreds of thoughtful decisions rather than one beautiful logo.
Most importantly, you’re excited about helping shape a product from an early stage rather than simply delivering design files.
