In 2025, we soft launched, Medalio our in-house mid-market brand, built from the ground up for a new kind of Indian traveller. Alongside it, we operate Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Mercure hotels in India as a master franchisee for Accor, bringing global brand standards to a market we already know better than most.
Now we're entering F&B with two distinct brands, both under the mid-market umbrella.

Role Overview
We're building hospitality brands with a real point of view. We need someone who can make people feel something about it, on the internet, in culture, in conversation.
You’re not just going to lead design for these brands, you’ll be an integral part of the core team, spinning the narrative around them and bringing them to life.
About the role
You will own the entire design piece for Medalio Hotels and our restaurant businesses. The website, the physical experience, social presence, performance marketing. All with the help of a team committed to building the most loved brands in hospitality.
You'll sit at the intersection of storytelling and execution. This role covers two distinct brand worlds- hospitality and dining and you'll need to own the visual world for both categories.
What You'll Do
Own the visual identity. Evolve the existing design language for Medalio and our F&B brands. Make sure it’s consistent and on brand as we scale, across touchpoints- website, app, social templates, campaign visuals, performance marketing creatives. Making sure every creative feels distinctively, yet cohesive
Manage and grow a design team. You'll lead a small, sharp team- briefing them well, giving feedback that makes the work better, and building the kind of culture where good ideas can actually surface. Y
Build systems, not just assets. Design guidelines, component libraries, brand playbooks, the infrastructure that lets the brand scale without losing coherence.
Collaborate with internal teams You will work closely with the brand and growth teams. It is essential that you be highly collaborative and open to constructive feedback
What You'll Bring
4-5 years of multidisciplinary design experience, across a portfolio that shows both brand thinking and craft
Proven experience building or stewarding a brand identity across digital and physical channels
Fluency across the full design stack and in AI- Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe CC, and whatever else the work requires. Familiarity with output enhancing AI tools.
The singular most important thing- An inherent sense of taste and aesthetics, which is visible across your portfolio
