Job Description
- Lead end-to-end creative and production process for Shopee videos, including concept ideation, storyboarding, developing visuals and video content, and overseeing all technicalities of video production
- Drive visual and artistic direction of projects, translating key business messages into original and engaging content ideas that communicate our value propositions to users
- Oversee and guide production of high quality visual assets including videography and photography to support branding initiatives
- Responsible for leading and managing the team during shoots on location
Requirements
- 8 – 10 years relevant working experience in brand marketing and/or marketing agency
- Content excellence: Experienced in content production in both offline and online channels including TV, billboards, radio and social media platforms
- Creative confidence: Proactive in developing innovative and original ideas, with ability to translate these ideas into tangible content execution that deliver business impact
- Collaboration and communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively present brand strategies to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Leadership: Team management experience is a must
