Lohnr is a women’s apparel brand built around Luxury You Can Live In.
We create elevated essentials designed for comfort, confidence, and effortless everyday wear. Our goal is to build a brand that feels refined, feminine, premium, and lived in while still being practical for real life.
We are looking for a Brand Creative Lead to help shape and lead the creative direction of Lohnr across email, organic social, community, content, and visual storytelling.
This is not a basic social media manager role. This is a creative leadership role for someone with strong taste, strong organization, and the ability to guide a small execution team.
Role Overview
The Brand Creative Lead will work closely with the founder to lead Lohnr’s creative direction across all customer facing channels.
You will help guide the brand’s email campaigns, organic social content, Facebook community content, creative asset direction, campaign ideas, content calendars, and overall visual consistency.
We already have support in place. Lohnr currently has two virtual assistants who are fully trained in AI image asset generation and already support the brand’s visual asset creation. They are sharp, fast, eager to learn, easy to work with, and open to learning new tools, workflows, prompt systems, creative processes, and direction from the right person.
We also have an email team that helps build out campaigns, flows, and monthly email sends.
This role is not about personally creating every asset from scratch. Your role is to bring the vision, create clear briefs, direct the team, organize the output, review the work, and make sure everything feels premium, cohesive, and on brand.
The team can execute. We need someone who can lead the creative.

What You’ll Do
Create and guide Lohnr’s overall brand creative direction
Develop monthly creative themes, content angles, and campaign ideas
Help plan the monthly email calendar, including campaign concepts, messaging direction, visual direction, and asset ideas
Work with the email team to make sure campaigns and flows feel branded, premium, and cohesive
Review existing email flows and suggest creative improvements for brand consistency, storytelling, and conversion
Lead the direction of organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Help create content ideas for the Lohnr Inner Circle Facebook community
Direct our virtual assistants on AI image generation, image asset creation, creative variations, campaign visuals, and content assets
Create clear creative briefs for image assets, email graphics, campaign visuals, social posts, and community content
Organize assets, references, briefs, and approvals so the team can execute quickly
Review and approve creative before it goes live
Help make Lohnr feel more premium, cohesive, recognizable, and alive across every touchpoint
Bring new ideas for product storytelling, seasonal campaigns, content series, email campaigns, and community engagement
Work closely with the founder to turn the brand vision into a repeatable creative system
Who You’ll Work With
You will work directly with the founder of Lohnr.
You will also help lead and direct a small support team, including:
Two virtual assistants trained in AI image asset generation
An email team that builds campaigns, flows, and monthly email sends
Additional freelancers or support team members as needed
The virtual assistants are already skilled at creating AI assisted visuals and are eager to improve under strong creative direction. They are fast, sharp, receptive to feedback, and easy to work with.
You do not need to personally design or create every asset yourself. The key is that you can create the direction, brief the team clearly, organize the work, give useful feedback, and make sure the final output feels aligned with Lohnr.
What We’re Looking For
Strong taste in women’s fashion, lifestyle, ecommerce, and visual storytelling
Experience in brand creative, content strategy, social media, email marketing, or fashion and lifestyle marketing
Ability to lead a small team and give clear creative direction
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, email campaigns, and community content
Ability to create clear briefs for image assets, campaign visuals, email graphics, social posts, and content ideas
Comfort working with AI assisted creative workflows and image generation
Strong eye for visuals, layout, styling, tone, and brand consistency
Ability to think strategically while still moving quickly
Highly organized and able to manage calendars, creative ideas, assets, deadlines, and feedback
Comfortable working in an early stage brand where systems are still being built
Able to take a brand vision and turn it into monthly execution

You are comfortable working with AI generated or AI assisted image assets
You can give sharp, useful feedback without overcomplicating the process
You enjoy building systems that make creative output faster, cleaner, and more consistent
You have strong opinions on fashion, creative direction, content, and brand positioning
You can make a brand feel premium, cohesive, and alive
Nice to Have
Experience with women’s fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or ecommerce brands
Experience planning email campaigns or working with email teams
Experience with Klaviyo or ecommerce email marketing
Experience with AI image generation tools or AI assisted creative workflows
Experience with influencer marketing or UGC
Experience managing creative calendars
Experience directing content shoots, campaign visuals, or product storytelling
Canva, Adobe, Figma, CapCut, or basic editing skills
Experience working with virtual assistants or remote creative teams
