Growth Lab is a media and consulting company that helps B2B companies grow faster through go-to-market strategy, content, and outbound execution. Our content reaches a large B2B audience every week – 85K+ on LinkedIn and 34K+ newsletter subscribers – and we partner with leading B2B tech brands like Clay, Miro, Attio, Ahrefs, and Anthropic.
Growth Lab is founded by Maja Voje, a best-selling author (Go-To-Market Strategist) and one of the top voices in GTM today. You will work directly with Maja.
About 80% of this role involves producing visuals, mostly for LinkedIn, that reach tens of thousands of people every single week- fast feedback loops. The rest is building the systems that keep everything consistent and on-brand: design systems, templates, mood boards, and trend detection for what actually works in B2B and GTM.
We're looking for taste, speed, and a systems brain.
Someone who can produce at high velocity without dropping quality.
What you'll do
Create visual content (the bulk of the role)
- Design LinkedIn graphics and infographics from detailed briefings
- Update the brand book
- Create visuals for our newsletter and B2B blog (we publish on Substack, a platform for newsletters and blogs)
- Turn rough ideas and frameworks into clean, scroll-stopping graphics: educational design
- Support launch, webinar, and partner visuals while protecting our look and feel
- BONUS: Do basic video editing (not a must)
Systems & trends
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable templates so we move fast without losing consistency
- Run trend detection and mood boards for what works best in our industry
- Keep our brand consistent across every channel and format
You're a great fit if
- You have solid experience with LinkedIn and social media design
- You produce fast and keep quality high under a weekly cadence
- You think in systems and templates, not one-off files
- You can work inside an existing brand and elevate it, rather than doing your own thing
- You're genuinely into AI and already use it in your design and prototyping process
- You have a strong portfolio, especially clean, systems-driven visual work
- You handle details, follow through, and communicate proactively when working async
It’s not all about the experience – personality and culture fit are important, too.
Tools you'll use
- Figma is our main tool. We're open to Canva where it makes sense.
- Miro, Notion, Google Drive
- AI design, image, and prototyping tools – mostly Claude, sometimes ChatGPT
Not required, but welcome
- Video editing skills
- Web design and building simple websites
