We are looking for a Brand & Communications Section Leader for our client in the AUTOMOTIVE (BATTERY) sector, for whom we provide consulting services.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential,
- Minimum 12 years of experience in brand management, creative marketing and media management roles; fmcg is preferred,
- Experience in managing agencies and creative production processes,
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms,
- Strong project management and multitasking skills,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Leadership skills and team management experience,
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems is a plus.
Job Description
- Development and execution of brand strategies and marketing communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives,
- Planning and executing media strategies, including digital and traditional media buying,
- Driving the creation of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns,
- Managing and coordinating creative and media planning agencies,
- Defining target audiences, identifying consumer and markets needs per product category,
- Conducting brand and consumer research to generate insights. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive brand growth,
- Planning and coordinating brand sponsorships,
- Managing brand registration and trademark processes,
- Designing and approving product labels and packaging for all brands and coordinatination with suppliers,
- Leading the creation of brand & corporate communication visuals and creative materials,
- Overseeing website content and SEO performance,
- Managing SEM and Google Ads campaigns to drive online visibility,
- Leading social media content planning and production,
- Managing paid social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital agencies.
