We are hiring a full-time Brand Assistant to work closely with a premium bridal makeup artist based in Bangalore.
This is a hands-on role combining client handling, content creation, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and genuinely interested in beauty, fashion, and the bridal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings (very important)
• Handle client communication via Whats App, Instagram DMs and calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update lead trackers, booking schedules, and client details using Google Sheets/Docs
• Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after bridal bookings
• Assist in planning and executing content (reels, BTS, trends)
• Shoot and edit basic content (short-form videos, behind-the-scenes)
• Be present during shoots and bridal bookings to assist with coordination and content capture
• Travel for assignments when required
• Support backend operations and daily workflow
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent coordination and organisational ability (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tracking tools
• Interest in makeup, beauty, fashion, and weddings
• Understanding of Instagram trends and content formats
• Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, VN, InShot, etc.)
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or content creation
• Prior experience in client handling or coordination roles
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
