Brand and Visual Creative Designer Jobs in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area at Al Thiqa Food Group Company

The Brand & Visual Creative Designer is responsible for developing creative marketing concepts and transforming them into effective visual and communication assets that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. The role combines creative thinking, branding, marketing communication, and design execution across digital, print, retail, and operational touchpoints.

Working closely with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders, the position is expected to proactively generate ideas, develop campaigns, and create compelling brand communications while ensuring consistency across all company brands and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Brand Development & Creative Ideation

  1. Develop creative marketing concepts, campaign ideas, and brand initiatives independently or based on strategic direction from the Marketing Director.
  2. Translate business objectives into compelling visual and communication solutions.
  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new products, promotions, events, and brand activations.
  4. Contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Marketing Communications

  1. Develop marketing communication materials across digital, print, retail, and in-store platforms.
  2. Create messaging and visual concepts that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  3. Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and customer experience across all communication channels.
  4. Support the development of brand guidelines and communication standards.

Creative Design & Content Development

Design marketing materials including:

  1. Social media content
  2. Digital advertisements
  3. Promotional campaigns
  4. Menus and packaging
  5. POS materials
  6. Signage and environmental graphics
  7. Corporate presentations
  8. Brand profiles creation
  9. Event and activation materials
  10. Produce visual assets that effectively communicate campaign objectives and business goals.

Brand Management

  1. Safeguard brand identity and ensure compliance with approved visual standards.
  2. Support brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and market positioning projects.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, Creative & Design, and External Suppliers.
  2. Coordinate with agencies, printers, photographers, and production partners to ensure high-quality execution.
  3. Support multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining brand differentiation and consistency.
