Brand & Marketing Team Coordinator | £14 – £17

Are you a high-energy coordinator ready to dive into a creative powerhouse? We are looking for a proactive Brand & Marketing Team Coordinator to drive efficiency across high-impact campaigns and internal brand projects using MS Office, Canva, and CRM systems. This is a fast-paced role where you will bridge the gap between creative vision and operational excellence.
The Role
- Orchestrate day-to-day administrative support for the Brand and Marketing department, ensuring high-priority creative projects stay on track.
- Manage the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle, from reviewing requisitions and issuing documentation to suppliers to securing internal budget approvals.
- Act as the central point of contact for external creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign deadlines are strictly met.
- Own team logistics by managing complex diaries, organizing agendas, and tracking action points for key marketing strategy meetings.
- Support digital efforts including social media scheduling, event preparation, and pulling campaign performance data for reporting.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Coordination, Marketing Assistant, or Project Support role within a fast-moving office environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and a working familiarity with marketing tools like Canva or CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage financial administration such as purchase orders and requisitions.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior management and external agency partners.
- Immediate availability and the ability to commit to an initial 8-week intensive contract.
