About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Brand & Creative Lead to bring the brand’s visual world to life across campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and marketing content.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for fashion, design, and storytelling who can move quickly from concept to execution. Our team operates in a nimble, fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who understands that strong creative work is not just aesthetically compelling—it must also serve a clear business objective.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative output is cohesive, on-brand, and produced efficiently to support brand growth and sales.
This is a hands-on role combining creative direction, campaign execution, and day-to-day creative oversight, with a strong focus on ensuring content supports marketing strategy and commercial performance.
What You'll Do
- Translate the brand’s vision into cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
- Lead the creative development and execution of campaigns, including concept development, moodboards, shoot planning, and asset direction.
- Ensure creative work is produced efficiently, supporting a high-output environment across marketing, social, and e-commerce channels.
- Oversee and review day-to-day creative output including social content, campaign assets, website visuals, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure creative assets support specific business goals.
- Think beyond aesthetics by evaluating whether ideas, visuals, copy, and content formats effectively support the intended objective of each asset.
- Manage and collaborate with designers, photographers, stylists, and other creative partners to ensure strong and consistent brand execution.
- Maintain and refine the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee and execute campaign shoots and content production.
- Stay current on fashion, design, digital, and marketing trends to continuously elevate the brand’s creative direction.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in creative, brand, fashion, or design roles, with 2+ years leading junior creatives
- Experience leading creative campaigns, editorials, or brand content
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of fashion, branding, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of how creative work supports marketing and e-commerce performance, including campaigns, product launches, and digital sales channels & advertising
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial objectives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and e-commerce teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
Preferred Background
- Experience working with digital paid media; fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands
- Background in editorial, fashion media, advertising, or brand creative teams
- Experience leading creative direction on campaigns or editorial shoots
- Familiarity with social media content production, e-commerce visuals, and digital marketing creatives
- Experience coordinating or producing creative shoots
