INIX Group is a fast-growing Italian IT company specializing in Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development. With an established presence in the Italian market and clients across the public and private sectors, we are opening our first international office in Sofia and looking for a Brand Ambassador to build and grow our presence in the Bulgarian market.

Language requirements
- Bulgarian: full professional proficiency
- English: fluent
- Italian: good understanding (reading and writing) — a plus
Required skills
- Graphic design and visual content (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
- Persuasive copywriting in Bulgarian and English
- Organization and problem-solving
Nice-to-have
- Experience in networking / B2B business development
- Familiarity with the IT / cybersecurity world
- Social media and community management
What you'll do
Brand & Communication
- Represent INIX in Bulgaria as the local face of the brand
- Adapt the company identity to the Bulgarian market while keeping consistency with the Italian HQ
- Define and own the tone of voice in Bulgarian
Content & Design
- Create local marketing materials: graphics, social posts, presentations, brochures
- Produce visual content for campaigns and events
- Manage the social media presence in the Bulgarian market
Business Development
- Identify partners, opportunities, and contacts across the territory
- Support the opening of local business relationships
- Attend events and networking occasions as an INIX representative
Coordination
- Work with the marketing team in Italy for alignment and consistency
- Gather insights on the Bulgarian market and report them back to HQ
- Contribute to the local expansion strategy
Your first months
- Phase 1 — you learn INIX's DNA working closely with the Italian team: brand, tone of voice, services
- Phase 2 — you build the local presence: materials in Bulgarian, first content, brand adaptation to the market
- Phase 3 — you open the first relationships and opportunities across the Bulgarian territory
