Brand Activation & Field Marketing Specialist

Egybell is hiring Brand Activation & Field Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute on-ground activations, events, and retail campaigns

* Coordinate suppliers, promoters, logistics, permits, and setups

* Manage on-ground shoots, creators, and freelance teams

* Supervise activation execution and customer experience

* Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams

* Track campaign performance and prepare post-event reports

* Identify new partnership and activation opportunities

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in on-ground marketing, events, activations, or retail marketing

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Experience managing vendors, promoters, and logistics

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

* Arabic fluency and good English communication

* Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
