The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Handbag Design Department to…
* Responsible for working with the Design, PD, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for creating and passing product specs for all stages of development – concept through production. These deadlines may fluctuate due to timing and include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Proto rounds – work collaboratively with the designer to ensure that all specs created reflect the intentions of that designer. Ensure accuracy of all information captured in specs by self-checking sketches & dimensions.
* Final Bulk Pass Off – Assist Tech Designer & Sr Tech Designer in executing final product spec updates and corrections for that season, ensuring that any and all changes to the product after market are approved by the design team.
* Assist in making sure that product specs are consistent across all factories and all seasons.
* Assist in the review and correction of post-market samples.
* Assist in the creation & maintenance of digital Design detail & standards libraries
* Assist in research of product functionality trends across market
* Assist in CAD & artwork creation in Illustrator & Photoshop, as needed

An outstanding professional will have…
* minimum 2-4 years experience
* college degree in fashion design or a related field
* illustrator and photoshop experience required
* Substance 3D experience a plus
* Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product Design AI experience a plus
* Microsoft Excel experience a plus
