ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeker Agency is a tight-knit team of Creative, Client Services, and Production professionals who work together to deliver standout events and brand experiences. We’re looking for a passionate Associate Producer to support across an exciting range of experiential marketing activations and corporate events.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized events, and support Senior Producers on larger, more complex projects. It’s a hands-on role where no two days look the same – perfect for someone who’s organised, solutions-focused, and up for a challenge.
Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and venues to secure all necessary services
- Manage timelines, budgets and production schedules to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
- Handle delegate management, including registration sites in EventsAir, accommodation and transfers
- Follow all Production team systems and processes, ensuring accurate setup across tools like Monday.com and SharePoint templates
- Manage WIP documents, including critical paths and meeting follow-ups, and stick to agreed deadlines
- Assist with generating run sheets, supplier schedules, risk assessments and other key documents
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution and pack-down, ensuring everything aligns with client expectations
- Support Producers and Senior Producers in delivering key client events, helping build strong relationships and contribute to account growth
- Work with the Finance team to manage project budgets and invoicing schedules
- Complete detailed project reconciliations
ABOUT YOU
What will you bring with you?
- 2+ years of experience in event production
- Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and related databases
- Experience with EventsAir is a plus
- A genuine interest in learning and developing your professional skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to be part of a fast-paced agency environment
- An understanding of the nature of our industry including the flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours when needed
