The Role We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Associate Producer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the crucial intermediary between our sales and production teams. If you love making lists, organizing projects with many moving parts, and want to learn the ins and outs of remote production, this is the perfect entry-level role for you.

This position begins as a 3-month contract (working standard full-time hours) with the goal of transitioning into a permanent, salaried role with benefits.

What You'll Do:

  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the sales and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.
  • Project Scoping & Quoting: Assist in scoping new multimedia projects (video, photo, animation) and providing accurate quotes that align with pre-determined budgets.
  • Crew & Talent Coordination: Source, and reach out to production crews, voiceover talent, and on-screen talent. Secure shoot locations and help establish production schedules.
  • System Management: Organize and maintain accurate project information and client details using our CRM (Pipedrive) and Project Management system (Adobe Workfront).
  • Asset & File Organization: Help manage our video library, organize project files, collect necessary assets, and ensure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Quality Control: Review project deliverables alongside the team to ensure the end product meets both our standards and the client's expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively learn and adapt to the intricacies of remote video production and agency workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Entry-level or recent graduate. Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Core Skills: Superb attention to detail and time-management skills. You never let things slip through the cracks.
  • Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Composure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Tech-Savviness: Basic competence in Microsoft Word and Google Docs. We also use PandaDoc, Dropbox, and Frame.io – familiarity is a bonus, but we will train the right person!
  • (Note: Knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects is not required for this role.)
