Experience: 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
About the Role
Dentsu is looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager – Social Media to drive impactful social media strategies for brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, influencer management, and social media analytics, along with a strong understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, plan, and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Develop and manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and social media plans.
- Ensure social messaging is aligned with brand objectives, content strategies, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize brand presence across social media channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, campaign performance, and audience insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, followers, and customers, while resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Utilize social media management and listening tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and web traffic metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients and senior management to present ideas, campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of social media initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
- Prior experience handling healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, hospitals, wellness brands, consulting firms, finance, or technology brands will be preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, content development, and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, audience behaviour, and performance metrics.
- Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, client servicing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working from the client’s office at least twice a week.
