Role Overview
· Lead design direction from concept to delivery with the General Director.
· Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, resourcing, and client coordination.
· Lead and mentor design teams to ensure design quality and consistency.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
· Ensure all design and technical documentation meets required standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver creative outcomes aligned with client vision and brand standards.
· Maintain project timelines, quality, and accountability.
· Oversee production of design and construction documentation (CAD/Revit).
· Support business development and studio operations.
Requirements
· 10+ years’ experience, preferably in international hospitality projects.
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
