The Role
A senior client-facing role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, deep advertising roots, and fluency in the digital ecosystem. You'll own client relationships, lead internal teams, and actively grow the business.
What You'll Do
– Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships — from briefs to final execution.
– Manage client expectations, timelines, and communications with confidence and clarity.
– Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to drive great output.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities; contribute actively to pitches and proposals.
– Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance account culture.
What We're Looking For
– 8–10 years in advertising, brand consultancy, or integrated marketing.
– Understanding of the digital ecosystem — content, social, performance, and brand digital.
– Strong communicator with sharp commercial instincts and a client-first mindset.
– Entrepreneurial, go-getter attitude — you make things happen.
– Well-networked in the Bengaluru (and India) advertising and marketing community.
