Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Associate Creative Director to join our innovative team. The Associate Creative Director will lead creative direction and strategy, oversee branding initiatives, and manage art direction for designs and campaigns. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing guidance to creative professionals, and ensuring the consistency of visual and written brand messaging. Additionally, the Associate Creative Director will help execute graphic design tasks and contribute to the development of new, captivating creative campaigns that align with our mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and the development of innovative campaigns
- Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand identity
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including the ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and inspire creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the coffee or food/beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
