Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Associate Brand Solutions Lead to develop impactful brand ideas, campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions for clients. The candidate should have strong experience in brand strategy, social media campaigns, content planning, and client servicing within advertising or digital agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand and campaign strategies for clients across digital and offline platforms
- Create pitch ideas, brand solutions, and campaign concepts aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with creative, content, design, and strategy teams for campaign execution
- Understand client briefs and convert them into innovative marketing solutions
- Work on social media campaigns, influencer campaigns, and integrated brand activations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and client presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for brand insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in brand solutions, strategy, or client servicing
- Prior experience in advertising, digital, or mainline agencies preferred
- Strong understanding of social media, branding, and marketing trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create pitch decks and campaign ideas independently
- Experience working on integrated campaigns and brand activations
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and basic AI tools is preferred
