Position: Field Merchandising Manager
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$65/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and manage in-store merchandising for wearable product demos in the US market.
- Ensure all merchandising components, including fixtures and demo units, function properly and meet company standards.
- Collaborate with channel marketing, operations, sales, analytics, and external vendors for seamless execution.
- Act as liaison between third-party labor agencies, fixture display companies, and eyewear partners.
- Build detailed execution plans for various initiatives across multiple product lines.
- Track field execution and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in retail in-store merchandising.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of third-party labor management experience.
- Proficiency with Google G Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with eyewear retail partners and their guidelines.
- Experience in mobile carrier and/or specialty retail environments.
- Experience with in-store tech demos or technology in a retail setting.
