Assistant Media Manager
Location: Karachi, Sindh (PK)
Position Summary
The position supports the planning and execution of TV, digital, and social media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring strong performance against KPIs and ROI targets through continuous monitoring and optimization. The role works closely with content, creative, marketing, sales, and external agencies to develop aligned offline and online communications, manage the brand’s social presence, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. It also involves tracking campaign performance through analytics tools, preparing actionable reports, conducting market and competitor research, and using insights to refine strategy and strengthen overall marketing effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing TV, digital marketing campaigns across various Channels/platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for Offline and Online mediums and digital channel and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance.
- Track and analyze Offline and digital marketing metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Utilize insights to support campaign development and strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and external agencies to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing & media management
