Job Purpose:

  • To assist the process of analysis and research about consumer segments. Will also assist in the overall marketing operations of the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of regional growth strategies to drive revenue and subscriber expansion.
  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to track key KPIs (Revenue, ARPU, Subscriber Base, Offer Performance), with proactive identification of trends and deviations.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven initiatives to enhance product offerings and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, usage patterns, and segmentation to uncover insights that drive targeted marketing and product strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn management) through data-driven interventions and CVM initiatives.
  • Generate innovative ideas and initiatives for revenue maximization and customer engagement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Monitor network performance and availability across technologies, ensuring optimal service quality and identifying future capacity requirements.
  • Plan network coverage expansion based on coverage gaps, addressable population, and target market potential.
  • Track site-level revenue and profitability, and propose targeted actions to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address day-to-day operational needs and resolve product-related issues.
  • Analyze commercial and technical KPIs to identify growth bottlenecks and recommend corrective measures.
  • Monitor newly rolled-out sites to ensure optimal performance, timely issue identification, and revenue ramp-up.
  • Ensure strong channel presence through periodic analysis of sales coverage, visibility, and effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and monitor trade visibility drives to strengthen brand presence in key markets.
  • Monthly channel relevant tagging and updates as per relevant changes (new sites, new franchises, grids, etc.)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree. Degree in Marketing or Business Management shall be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Up to 3-4 years of experience. Relevant experience shall be preferred.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to build reports at tactical & strategic levels
  • Knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital, and social media.
  • Knowledge of Product Life Cycle & associated concepts, and creative concepts execution.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence & effective utilization of information in a meaningful, yieldable manner.
  • Project Management skills, SQL, BI Platforms, Reporting & Analysis
