Assistant Manager Graphic Designer Jobs in India at Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, emailers, landing pages, and web visuals
Create and edit visual content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign briefs
Support the Senior Designer in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns
Prepare design files for digital and print production with attention to detail
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design files
Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure timely delivery of design requirements
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently and professionally
Keep up-to-date with design trends, digital marketing visuals, and emerging tools
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
2 – 5 years of experience in graphic design (internship experience considered)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
Basic knowledge of design for digital platforms (social media, web, emailers)
Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt designs across formats
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Good communication skills and ability to accept and act on feedback
A portfolio showcasing relevant academic or professional design work
Preferred
Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro / Canva)
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
Experience with Figma or Sketch
Exposure to digital advertising creatives (Google Display, Meta Ads)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an added advantage
