What you'll be doing:
The Assistant Brand Manager is a hands-on, execution-led role responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling consumer-facing experiences. This role focuses on content, campaigns, and digital platforms, working end-to-end from idea to delivery across multiple brands.
With strong creative judgment and project ownership, this role partners closely with the Brand Director, Brand Managers, HQ Design team, and agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality brand outcomes. It is suited for a confident self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments and enjoys turning ideas into tangible results.
Brand Development & Creative Execution
- Drive consumer-facing brand initiatives across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints
- Execute creative processes including naming, identity development, and collateral designs
- Provide or edit copywriting across all brand materials
- Manage video and photo creation end-to-end, from pre-production to post-production
- Support merchandise and brand collateral development from concept through production
- Prepare clear design briefs; collaborate closely with internal designers and external agencies to deliver strong visual execution
- Create simple visuals, layouts, and mock-ups using basic design tools and AI support
Campaigns & Special Projects
- Lead seasonal campaigns from ideation to execution, building and refining the customer experience journeys
- Lead website revamps across multiple brands, providing input on website architecture, UX/UI, content, and copywriting
- Plan, create, and manage social media content
- Execute key brand campaigns, including rollout, asset creation, and performance reporting
- Plan and deliver brand events and launches, including coordination and gifting initiatives
- Independently manage multiple projects end-to-end, balancing timelines, stakeholders, and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure quality delivery on time
- Support pre-opening requirements by maintaining opening collateral templates and overseeing correct brand usage
About you:
- 4–5 years’ experience in brand, creative, or agency environments
- Strong creative sensibility with a flair for visual storytelling
- Confident copywriter with experience adapting content across touchpoints
- Excellent editorial judgement and sensitivity to tone, nuance, and brand voice
- Solid project management skills; able to drive work independently
- Basic design and editing skills; comfortable reviewing layouts and assets
- Strong understanding of user experience and customer journey thinking
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Hospitality, travel, or F&B background strongly preferred
- Collaborative, confident, and ownership-driven
