What makes the role meaty?…
- Working on Brand Campaigns, New Product Launches, brand collateral and BAUs
- Craft intuitive, visually striking, and emotionally engaging designs for the Licious consumer app.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning presentations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative work with overall business strategy and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Taking initiative and actively contributing ideas.
- Work closely with product managers to understand technically feasible designs which are aligned with business goals.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests to validate ideas and iterate rapidly based on feedback and data.
- Raising the Bar: Consistently deliver work that inspires the rest of the team, setting a high standard for design craft, creativity, and attention to detail.
We hope that you…
- Have 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate and justify creative decisions.
- Have proven experience in leading successful campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Animation and video editing skills are a plus.
- Software skills: Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and other modern design tools.
- Have the ability to create Presentation design, infographics, branding, typography and colour th
- eory.Are able to maintain a passion for learning new skills and encourage team members to do the
- same.Having a passion for meat is a
plus
