Job Details
- Location: Remote / NOIDA
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 4 Years (YoE)
- Department: Marketing
- Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you sit at the intersection of High-Stakes Execution and Team Coordination. You are a "Player-Coach" who can draft a viral push notification in the morning and lead a briefing session for Graphic Designers in the afternoon.
You are the primary engine of our brand voice, ensuring that every touchpoint—from a flash sale to a B2B LinkedIn post—is visually and verbally consistent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Execution & Retention (The "Player")
- The Voice of Savings: Personally own the end-to-end communication for Push Notifications and Email Marketing. You turn "10% Off" into a "Must-Have" deal using urgency and brand-aligned copy.
- LinkedIn & B2B Narrative: Take direct ownership of QYUBIC’s professional brand, drafting content that positions us as the premier partner for top retailers in the UAE and KSA.
- Omnichannel Oversight: Ensure every campaign is consistent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You are the final gatekeeper for quality.
2. Creative Pipeline & Growth (The "Coach")
- Process Architecture: Establish the "Creative Pipeline" using Excel/Project tools to manage timelines, ensuring the design and product teams are never the bottleneck.
- Talent Coordination: Assist in scaling the creative squad. You will help define JDs, source portfolios, and lead technical interviews for Social Media Executives and Video Editors.
- Onboarding & Mentorship: Build the training playbooks (The "QYUBIC Way") and take responsibility for the output quality of junior team members.
3. Campaign Orchestration
- Strategic Briefing: Translate business goals into Actionable Creative Briefs. You provide the "Why" so the designers can excel at the "How."
- Retention Engine: Own the engagement calendar. Decide the what, when, and who of user communication to maximize App retention and coupon redemptions.
- Data-Driven Pivoting: Use Excel/Google Analytics to track Open Rates and CTRs, using those insights to steer the creative direction in real-time.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Execution Grit: A "bias toward action." You prefer doing the work over sitting in endless meetings.
- The "Brand Eye": An obsession with detail. You notice a wrong hex code or a typo before it goes live to millions of users.
- MENA E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of seasonal cycles in the UAE/KSA (Ramadan, White Friday, Payday Sales).
- Experience: 4+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Brand Copywriting (Startup experience preferred).
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 Days: Take 100% control of the CRM/Push calendar and audit all current brand touchpoints.
- First 60 Days: Standardize the briefing process and successfully lead the onboarding of one new creative team member.
- First 90 Days: Launch a 360-degree seasonal campaign that shows a measurable lift in user engagement and brand recall.
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not a "sit back and delegate" role; you are the primary engine of execution.
- This is not a general social media role; it is about brand equity and revenue-driving communication.
