We’re looking for an assistant filmmaker to work with us
At A Few Good Things, we spend a lot of time thinking about how stories are told and how they’re felt.
We’re looking for an assistant-level filmmaker based close to either Manchester or Liverpool to support our team on a freelance basis.
- Early-stage filmmaker with a strong interest in storytelling
- Someone who wants to learn and improve quickly
- Comfortable taking direction and building on feedback
- Reliable, grounded and easy to work with
- You might lean more towards editing
, filming
, or a mix of both, no kit needed, we’ve got that covered
You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director / Head of Post Production, so you’ll have clear direction, guidance and support across every project.
We’re less interested in polished CVs, more interested in people who care about the work,the detail, the story, the outcome.
