Assistant Designer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to support the development of home décor and storage organization products. This role involves creating and recoloring artwork, editing product photography, developing packaging visuals, and producing presentation-ready materials. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, has a strong eye for design and color, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Create and recolor artwork for home décor and storage products
· Edit and retouch product photography for packaging and presentations
· Create lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups
· Support packaging design and product development projects
· Maintain organized Photoshop and Illustrator files
· Assist with catalogs and presentation materials as needed
· Collaborate with creative and product development teams to meet deadlines
· Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Excellent photo retouching, editing, and packaging visualization skills.
· Experience with photography, packaging design, and product mockups
· Understanding of packaging design, composition, lighting, color correction, and visual presentation.
· Ability to create high-quality lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain layered and production-ready files.
· Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, home décor, packaging, or consumer products
