The leading expert agency in digital marketing and social media for the luxury and fashion world — is looking for its next Creative Director Assistant / Junior Art Director.
We're looking for someone sharp, visually strong, and highly organised to support creative development across treatments, decks, research, and day-to-day creative work.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye, solid technical skills, and a real interest in storytelling, film, image-making, and visual culture.
📍Location: Paris or London preferred, other locations considered
👉 Status: Freelance
🗣️ Languages: Fluent English required; any additional language is a welcome plus
What the role involves
- Assisting with creative development across pitches, campaigns, films, and visual projects
- Building strong decks, treatments, and presentation documents
- Image research that goes beyond Pinterest; pulling from magazines, archives, photography platforms, brand worlds, films, books, and relevant cultural references
- Supporting with layout, design, and visual refinement across presentations and creative materials
- Helping with editing in Premiere when needed
- Assisting with general creative and production-related tasks
What we're looking for
- Strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign
- Very confident building decks and treatments
- Good design sensibility and sharp attention to detail
- Strong visual research skills and taste
- Able to find references from the right places, not just the obvious ones
- Handy in Premiere/editing is a plus
- Film background preferred
- Genuine interest in storytelling, cinema, fashion, photography, and culture
- Organised, proactive, fast, and reliable
- Someone who can understand a creative vision and help elevate it
