Key Responsibilities:

Brand Communication & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels
  • Develop compelling brand messaging aligned with brand positioning
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution

Content & Creative Strategy

  • Collaborate with creative teams/agencies to develop high-quality content (visuals, videos, copy)
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to storytelling for product launches and brand campaigns

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Drive social media strategy and execution
  • Align with performance marketing teams to meet business objectives
  • Monitor trends and leverage them for brand engagement

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including execution and performance tracking

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, category, performance marketing, and sales teams
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative and media deliverables

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Derive insights and optimize campaigns
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand/digital marketing
  • Experience in FMCG/D2C/fitness/nutrition preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media and content trends
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Experience with agencies and influencers
  • Interest in fitness/lifestyle domain
