JSW Realty is looking for a creative and assiduous individual to join the dedicated team of young, innovative minds who work in synergy with a focus on the bigger picture.
Objective: Play a central role in driving both brand and project marketing, shaping narratives, leading campaign execution, and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. Work closely with business teams and senior stakeholders to translate positioning into effective go-to-market strategies, while managing agency partners and delivering high-quality marketing outputs that support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand and Corporate Marketing
· Drive brand narrative in line with business priorities and positioning
· Own and manage content across all brand touchpoints including website, social media, internal and external communications
· Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and experience across platforms
· Activate the brand across campaigns, communications, and customer experiences in collaboration with internal teams and partners
2. Project Marketing
· Work closely with business to shape project positioning, naming, and narrative.
· Translate positioning into creative expression, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.
· Oversee development of all project marketing assets including brochures and sales kits, brand and project films, website and digital content, site branding and on-ground experience elements
· Monitor performance across campaigns and optimise based on insights and business response
· Ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets with strong attention to detail and quality
3. Stakeholder & Agency Management
· Build and manage a network of creative, digital, and production partners to produce brand and marketing assets.
· Identify and onboard partners, define scopes of work, negotiate commercials, and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
· Work cross-functionally with internal teams and business functions to embed brand thinking into everything we do.
· Work closely with business partners to define guardrails based on the master brand.
Qualifications and skill-sets:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field. Masters preferred.
2. Proven, robust work experience of 6-8 years in brand management and driving successful marketing campaigns, with at least 3 years in the luxury / real estate segment.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation capabilities.
4. Creative mindset with an eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and ability to generate impactful brand communication.
5. Excellent project management, execution, and storytelling skills with an ability to translate strategy into creative expression.
6. Hands-on experience in agency management, budget control, and end-to-end project delivery.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global exposure.
8. Innovative and curious, with a passion for keeping the brand fresh, exciting, and relevant.
9. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
