We are currently seeking an Artist Manager (Day-to-Day) Intern to support our electronic and R&B artists. This unpaid internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in artist management, music promotion, and release coordination.
Role Description
This part-time, hybrid/remote unpaid internship (with occasional on-site work in Los Angeles, CA) is ideal for someone passionate about artist development. Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily schedules and operations for electronic and R&B artists
- Assisting with music promotion and coordinating release strategies
- Serving as a point of contact for direct communication with artists and collaborators
- Supporting scheduling, tour planning, and booking arrangements
- Ensuring smooth execution of projects, including music releases and promotional campaigns
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the management team
- Helping build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Contributing creatively and strategically to the growth of our artists’ careers
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple schedules and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with artists, teams, and partners
- Experience in event coordination, tour planning, or talent booking is a plus
- Proficiency in administrative tools, scheduling software, and project management platforms
- Knowledge of the music industry and enthusiasm for artist development
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, and able to work in a hybrid environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in entertainment, music management, or related fields is highly advantageous
- Note: This is an unpaid internship intended to provide real-world experience and mentorship in music management and artist development.
