About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Art Director / Creative Director (Video Production & Design) to lead the visual direction of video and creative projects. This role combines concept development, production oversight, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative concepts, storyboards, and overall visual direction.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video and design outputs.
- Oversee full video production cycle (pre, shoot, post).
- Direct on-set execution (lighting, composition, styling).
- Guide and approve design, motion, and visual assets.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead and mentor the creative team (including Graphic Designers).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Film, or related field.
- 5+ years in art direction, creative/video production, or similar.
- Strong portfolio in video and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
- Solid understanding of production and motion design workflows.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in agencies or media production
- Knowledge of digital and social media content
- Experience managing production teams or vendors
