Location: Ibiza (Full-Time Office)
The Night League, the force behind globally recognised nightlife brands including Ushuaïa Ibiza, Hï Ibiza and [UNVRS], is seeking a highly driven and detail-obsessed Art Director to lead the visual execution of our creative output.
This role sits at the intersection of concept and craft — responsible not just for ideas, but for elevating and delivering them to the highest possible standard across every touchpoint.

The Role
As Art Director, you will own the visual execution of our creative output — leading design and video teams to deliver work that is both conceptually strong and flawlessly crafted.
You will translate high-level creative direction into finished, world-class assets, ensuring every detail meets the standard expected of a globally leading brand.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the graphic design and video editing teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high creative standards
• Drive the creative production process from concept through to final delivery
• Translate the Creative Director’s vision into polished, production-ready creative
• Take ownership of visual quality control, approving all assets before release
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints (digital, social, campaigns, in-venue, and beyond)
• Elevate the standard of craft across design, motion, and content output
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to creative team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and external partners
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, output quality, and creative efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level visual execution across design and video
• Experience managing and directing designers and editors
• Ability to take projects from concept to final delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of digital, social, and campaign-based content
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for music, culture, and nightlife

• Experience in entertainment, fashion, or culture-led brands
