Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Art Director with strong social-first design expertise and a proven ability to lead creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has grown through design, understands culture and platforms deeply, and can guide teams to deliver bold, relevant, high-performing social content
You’ll lead designers, shape visual output, and ensure our work remains sharp, agile, and culturally relevant across platforms. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and visual creatives
- Set clear creative direction while maintaining Socialeyez’s visual standards
- Manage workloads, timelines, and creative quality across multiple accounts
- Provide constructive feedback and elevate team performance
Art Direction & Design Excellence
- Act as a hands-on creative lead with strong visual and design sensibility
- Own art direction for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
- Review and refine layouts, typography, visual systems, and motion concepts
- Ensure consistency across always-on content, campaigns, and brand launches
Social-First & Digital Campaigns
- Lead creative execution for social-first campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
- Translate insights, trends, and briefs into visually compelling social ideas
- Oversee always-on content calendars, launches, and reactive content
- Collaborate with performance teams to optimize creatives for engagement and results
Collaboration & Culture
- Work closely with Strategy, Account Management, Production, and Media teams
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform behavior in the region
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in a social, digital, or creative agency
- Proven experience leading and managing creative/design teams
- Solid portfolio demonstrating social-first and digital campaign work
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and visual communication).
