Job Summary
As our Middle/Senior Art Director, you’ll lead the visual direction of campaigns, turning core
ideas into strong, cohesive visual executions. Partners closely with copywriters to bring
concepts to life, manages and QC’s a team of 4–5 designers, ensuring quality and delivery.
Then, reports directly to the Creative Director.
Job Responsibility
60% – Pitching & Creative Development
● Lead the development of key visuals and overall visual direction for proposals,
ensuring ideas are translated into compelling and executable visuals.
● Define and build art direction and visual guidelines (tone & mood, color palette,
typography, layout system, visual language).
● Partner closely with copywriters to translate concepts into strong visual storytelling
systems.
● Create mock-ups / visual demos across key touchpoints (KV, social, OOH, digital
assets) to bring ideas to life for clients.
● Confidently present and articulate visual ideas, while consulting clients on visual
direction, feasibility, and effectiveness.
● Demonstrate a strong understanding of integrated campaigns (IMC), ATL, Digital,
and Social, ensuring visuals scale cohesively across platforms.
● Basic knowledge of BTL, production, and print (POSM, OOH, materials) is a plus,
adding practicality and feasibility to proposals (not mandatory).
40% – Execution & Delivery
● Manage and allocate workload for a team of 4–5 designers, ensuring clarity,
efficiency, and balance.
● Oversee and QC all creative outputs to ensure alignment with art direction, concept
integrity, and high visual standards.
● Collaborate cross-functionally (Account, Planning) to ensure smooth execution and
minimal rework.
Production Oversight
● Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end production process (photoshoot,
video shoot, post-production) to ensure ideas are executed as intended.
● Work closely with the Creative Director to guide and make decisions throughout
production, from pre-production to final output.
● Ensure final deliverables meet creative excellence and brand standards.
Required Skills/ Abilities
● Strong creative taste and visual instinct. Knows what’s fresh, what’s overdone, and
how to push ideas further.
● A young, experimental mindset with the courage to break conventions, while still
delivering work that is sharp, strategic, and on brief.
● Ownership and discipline.
● Clear communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with
Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams.
● A proactive mindset with the drive to challenge, refine, and elevate ideas, rather than
settling for “good enough.”
● Is accountable for time management and taking quick action.
● Optimistic-natured and always thinking of ways to improve the work.
