Must‑Haves

- Video expertise from concept through post‑production
- Strong design craft that brings ideas to life
What You’ll Do
- Develop bold, story‑driven concepts
- Grow brands through integrated campaigns across video, photo, and design
- Create for modern channels including CTV, social, and digital
What You Need
- 5–8 years at a creative or advertising agency
- Portfolio demonstrating strong video, digital, social, and branding work
- Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and hunger to learn
- Degree in advertising, design, communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Pr, Id); Figma a plus
- Live in the Tampa Bay area (Not accepting remote applicants)
