What's my job?
Located in our Melbourne office, we're looking for an Art Director to join our creative team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' brands and contribute to our agency's success. You’ll create visual concepts that align with a brand’s identity and seamlessly bring together various creative elements to produce extraordinary campaigns.
A day in the life
- Produce ideas and concepts that meet a brief, or even better, take a brief and push it to a more inspirational level.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative and strategic creative concepts across all mediums, including print, digital, social media, and more.
- Drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the creative process to maintain our competitive edge.
- Present creative concepts to clients, effectively articulating the vision, strategy, and impact of the work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional, high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with your creative partner and contribute to a dynamic environment where creativity thrives.

Other things that will make you excel in this role
- 3+ years as an Art Director, preferably within an agency environment.
- You’re either already dabbling with AI tools or curious about how you can use them to streamline workflows and sharpen your creative edge.
